All peel pouch­es, no mat­ter which mate­r­i­al com­pos­ite, can be vac­u­um packed. Vac­u­um pack­ing ensures your prod­uct is held firm­ly in place in the pack­age and increas­es trans­port security.

All of our peel pouch­es are pro­duced in accor­dance with ISO class 7 clean room con­di­tions. Our process­es have been val­i­dat­ed in accor­dance with ISO 11607 and our clean room in accor­dance with ISO 14644.

The peel pouch­es are dou­ble packed when they are deliv­ered. There­fore, they can be fed into your clean room. Our peel pouch­es are suit­able for gam­ma and x‑ray sterilization.

For the peel pouch­es we guar­an­tee a shelf life of sev­en years after gam­ma ster­il­iza­tion and one year after x‑ray sterilization.
