We pro­vide you with cus­tom-made, pre­cise­ly fit­ting blisters/​trays for med­ical devices and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal prod­ucts. We offer you an all­round ser­vice from con­cep­tion, through devel­op­ment with our own CAD work­sta­tion and 3D print­er, to pro­duc­tion and testing.

We pro­duce blis­ter pack­ag­ing using pos­i­tive and neg­a­tive tools on dif­fer­ent sys­tems in our ISO class 7 clean room. Our process­es and machines are of the high­est qual­i­ty and val­i­dat­ed, which is why we can guar­an­tee the max­i­mum blis­ter qual­i­ty. Using a tech­nique called deep-draw­ing, also called ther­mo­form­ing, we gen­er­ate shapes that pre­cise­ly frame your prod­uct and pro­vide a ster­ile barrier.

We offer our cus­tomers an end prod­uct check using state-of-the-art 3D mea­sur­ing equip­ment. This guar­an­tees the pre­cise and reli­able mea­sure­ment of cus­tomized blisters/​trays.

You can ster­il­ize the blisters/​trays and their con­tents using com­mon meth­ods such as gam­ma rays, x‑rays, eth­yl­ene oxide or steam. We also offer addi­tion­al ser­vices to help you meet your qual­i­ty, safe­ty and effi­cien­cy require­ments, more details of which can be found under Ser­vices.
